There are abundant spots that can be enjoyed not only by fans of anime works, such as the “Ikefukuro” in Ikebukuro Station and owl objets d’art in the vicinity of the station. Sunshine 60 Street” is a popular street lined with movie theaters and restaurants, and the ‘Sunshine City’ commercial complex at the end of the street has a collection of leisure spots, including the ‘Sunshine Aquarium’ and the ”Sunshine 60 Observation Deck Tenbo Park”. Additionally, the Minami-Nagasaki area is home to the “Tokiwaso Manga Museum”, which has been designated as one of the “Anime Spot 88”.

Introducing Local Municipalities Collaborating Through Manga and Anime!
Nakano City × Suginami City × Toshima City
We will be promoting anime and manga-related events in each city, showcasing custom-designed manhole covers, and introducing a stamp rally that takes you through anime and manga pilgrimage sites.

We plan to introduce Uji City, the real-life setting of the anime "Sound! Euphonium," and sell related merchandise.
Tokiwaso Manga Museum
Tokiwaso was a legendary apartment building where manga masters, including Osamu Tezuka, once lived and worked. Although Tokiwaso was demolished in 1982, the building has been faithfully recreated in Minami-Nagasaki Hanasaki Park, near its former site, as a facility dedicated to preserving and sharing manga and anime culture.
Inside the museum, visitors can enjoy special exhibitions related to manga, as well as displays that recreate the atmosphere and daily life of Tokiwaso as it was at the time.
