Nagasaki Prefecture is actively promoting tourism through anime, known as Anime Tourism. This year, in collaboration with municipalities across the prefecture, various events will be held featuring four works set in Nagasaki: THE COLORS WITHIN, Iroduku: The World in Colors, Kids on the Slope, and Aokana: Four Rhythms Across the Blue. Planned events include a digital stamp rally for city walks, as well as exhibitions of scene stills and original drawings.
In addition, Nagasaki is collaborating with the nationwide popular TV anime Oshi no Ko through the “47 Prefectures no Ko Project,” using anime as a way to showcase the charm of Nagasaki.
