A visit to Owakudani, with its plumes of smoke rising here and there from the mountain surface and the smell of sulfur in the air, reminds one that Hakone is a volcano. As a result, Hakone Town is known as a hot spring resort close to the center of Tokyo. Also known as “Hakone's 17 hot springs,” the town offers a rich variety of hot springs with different qualities and effects. The town also offers many art facilities, sightseeing boats on Lake Ashi, the Hakone Tozan Railway, ropeways, and a variety of other transportation options.

We’re planning a variety of exciting activities, including the sale of exclusive items from “Hakone Yumoto EVAya,” a greeting event with “Yurushito,” the cute mascot from the EVANGELION STORE, a special photo spot to commemorate the event, and a stamp rally in collaboration with EVANGELION STORE TOKYO-01!
Open for business on the 1st floor of Hakone-yumoto Station. In Hakone, the setting for “Evangelion (Third New Tokyo City)”,we have set up a store specializing in Japanese-style souvenirs. We also have a wide range of limited edition products featuring original illustrations. We also recommend our take-out food items, such as “Evangelion Soft Serve Ice Cream” and “L.C.L. Drinks”. In July 2025, we celebrated our 13th anniversary.
